After a sudden raid on the assets by the IT officials, Nagarjuna returned to the shooting of ‘Rajanna’ which is being produced by himself on the banner of Annapurna Studios and directed by Vijayendra Prasad, the writer-turned-director and father of SS Rajamouli.

Presently the shooting is in progress at a specially erected Telangana village set near Samshabad airport in Hyderabad. A part of the film was shot at Annapurna Studios recently. Nagarjuna is pairing with Sneha in this movie and this is their second combination after ‘Sri Ramadasu’.

The speciality of the film is that Rajamouli had overseen the action part of the movie besides choreography of a couple of songs. Manisharma composed music for the movie, which has the backdrop of Rajakar movement in Telangana and the fight against Nizam Nawabs.

It is learnt that Nagarjuna appeared topless in a few scenes. As per indications, the film may hit the screens in June.
